A Japanese restaurant with crab as the main dish.
You pick a crab you like and the chef cooks a course set of meals in the Omakase style from it for you.

The name of the restaurant can be translated as “a fan”. During the Edo Era samurais took inspiration for the design of the Uchiwa war fans from the Heikagani crabs shell. The shells resembled the face of a furious warrior. According to the legend, the souls of the dead warriors reincarnated into these crabs.
