You pick up the crab which you like, and chef will cook a set of meals in Omakase-style for you.
The name of the restaurant translated as “a fan”. During the Edo era japanese military fans were borrowed by samurai from the Heikagani’ crabs shell patterns, as it reminds the face of a furious warrior. According to the legend, the souls of the dead warriors reincarnated into these crabs.
